RIPE BANANAS ARE BEST

PLEASE ONLY EAT RIPE BANANAS, BANANAS WITH BROWN SPOTS ON THE SKIN, BANANAS THAT HAVE AGED, MATURED, SOFTENED.

EATING GREEN BANANAS ARE HARDER TO DIGEST, THEY ARE NOT RIPE AND CAN LEAD TO DIABETES (EATING ANY FRUIT THAT IS NOT RIPE ACTUALLY)
