Buy lots of kale
Wash and cut kale it will shrink quite a bit, so not too small
Soak Kale in water and 1 teaspoon of salt for 30 minutes
Drizzle kale with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and Nutritional Yeast
Now get creative and add seasonings like Italian, Chipotle, Cayenne, Jerk, Or just oil and salt. The more seasoning the stronger the flavor, don't over do it, dehydrating concentrates the flavors.
Dehydrate until crispy and enjoy!!! My kids love to eat this even before they go into the dehydrator!!! It's a great way to enjoy a well seasoned salad! Enjoy!!!
