2 cups cashews
2 cups water
1/2 cup Raw Agave Nectar
1 tsp vanilla or vanilla bean
add variation or none at all
variations: chocolate ice cream: 1/2 cup cacao
Coconut flavor: 2 tbsp coconut butter
Minty Flavor: 1 tsp mint
Blend on high speed until smooth, then use ice cream maker or freeze and stir as it thickens. Um, Um, Good!!!!! Make a strawberry syrup or any kind to top your ice cream when it is frozen. It's just like real ice cream!!!
