1/4 cup pine nuts (soaked one hour and drained)
2 small or 1 large garlic (peeled and minced)
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Juice from one lemon
Blend in Vita Mix until Chunky or smooth, pour over Zucchini or Squash noodles. Enjoy!
