HOW MANY INGREDIENTS ARE LISTED ON THE LABEL?
HOW MANY DIFFERENT TYPES OF SUGARS WERE USED?
IS IT AN ORGANIC PRODUCT?
HOW MUCH SODIUM?
HOW LONG HAS IT SAT ON THE SHELF?
WHAT TYPE OF COMPANY MADE THE PRODUCT (PROFIT DRIVEN OR ENVIRONMENTALLY CONSCIOUS)?
*REMEMBER THE LIFELESS, MANUFACTURED, ARTIFICIAL ENERGY OF THESE PACKAGED FOODS BECOMES YOUR ENERGY.*

FOOD COMBINING:

HOW MANY VEGETABLES, BREADS, PASTAS AND MEATS CAN YOU EAT BEFORE IT'S OVERLOAD FOR YOUR DIGESTIVE TRACK?

DO YOUR STOMACH A FAVOR:
1. HAVE A LARGE GREEN SALAD BEFORE YOU ENJOY YOUR THANKSGIVING MEAL. 2. EVEN THOUGH THE EGGNOG AND JUICE WILL BE SPECIALLY MADE FOR THE HOLIDAY DON'T DRINK 2 HOURS BEFORE YOUR MEAL OR AN 1 1/2 AFTERWARD.
3. PLAN AHEAD FOR INDIGESTION, GO GET A HIGH QUALITY DIGESTIVE ENZYME FROM A HEALTH FOOD STORE AND HAVE TWO BEFORE YOUR MEAL AND TWO AFTER.
*IT'S NOT JUST THE TURKEY MAKING YOU TIRED IT'S THE OVERLOAD TO YOUR DIGESTIVE SYSTEM, YOUR BODY DOES NOT HAVE ENOUGH ENZYME RESERVES TO DIGEST LIFELESS, ENZYME DEFICIENT FOODS.*

THANKSGIVING DINNER:
*TOFURKY- VEGAN TURKEY SUSTITUTE
BAKED SWEET POTATOES WITH MAPLE SYRUP OR HONEY
SAUTEED COLLARD GREENS OR KALE WITH NO MEAT JUST GARLIC, ONION, OIL AND APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
*MAC AND CHEESE WITH VEGAN RICE CHEESE
*VEGAN BISCUITS
ROASTED ROOT VEGETABLES
MAKE MY RAW CRANBERRY SAUCE, SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE CANNED STUFF

I HOPE THESE SUGGESTIONS HELP. IF YOU CAN'T DEAL WITH THE PRESSURE, JUST REMEMBER YOU'VE ENJOYED THESE FOODS BEFORE AND THINK ABOUT HOW THEY TASTED AND ENJOY THAT MOMENT AND THEN CHOOSE LIFE AND HEALTH INSTEAD. THAT IS HOW I'VE MADE IT 8 YEARS!
