Level I & II Certification Class

Even through a Hurricane I taught an 8 hour raw food class and here is what one of my students had to say:

"I can NOT thank you enough for today's wonderful class! You really made my day, my year, and inspired me to no end! The food was ABSOLUTELY delicious, and the way you presented it (in the way you spoke, your professionalism, and your humor) made it so much fun! I loved it all. I can honestly say though that I will not need to eat for another week! I had a happy belly!"
